1. When will my product be delivered?

Your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated. For other countries in the EU, multi-day delivery times apply. If there is a delay, for example due to the holidays, you will be noticedalways. Rest assured and order on time.

2. Warranty?

A warranty applies to all our products. The period of the guarantee period may differ per product. This is in many cases either 12 months or 24 months.

3. The quality of the products?

The quality of the products is exactly what you can expect from it! Almost all of our products are of Danish origin. You can see this in our entire collection. We are in a higher quality segment.

4. A product is sold out, when will it be in stock?

When the label 'sold out' is mentioned with a product, this product is temporarily unavailable. We replenish our stock every week, so rest assured this product will be available again soon! Products that are no longer included in our collection will be removed from our website.

Safe shipping of the products is also a must with us! All our products are packed in such a way that they arrive safely and completely at your place.

8. I want to return something, how do I do this?

If you want to return a product, this is of course very unfortunate. You can download the return form on our shipping and return policy page

9. Ready to pay?

If you are ready to pay, go to your shopping cart to view your items and place the order.

If you are happy with the items in your shopping cart, click on "checkout" to complete your order.

A discount code can be added to the shopping cart or at checkout. You can add one discount per order, unless stated otherwise. The prices at the checkout are correct.

If you are an existing customer and not yet logged in to your account, you will be redirected to the login page.

We ask new customers to create a user profile. This profile guarantees that we can offer you the best possible customer service and that your future shopping experience runs smoothly.

Now that you are logged in, you can select the payment method.
